Dr. Pascal Brenya is a Consultant with the Foundation and the Coordinator of the Kufuor Scholars Program. He is also Training & Capacity Development Expert who holds several other portfolios: CEO of Focus Central Ghana Limited; Assessor of Rhodes Scholarship West Africa; Facilitator/Trainer for YALI West Africa, USAID, IAA, GIMPA, and MasterCard, among others. He was formerly an HR and Training Consultant for FAO-United Nations & British Council.

Dr. Brenya holds PhD in Human Resources Management, MPhil in Industrial Psychology, MBA in International Marketing and BBA in Accounting & Finance from the United Kingdom.

He’s won several Awards including in Developing Information, Advice and Guidance Skills by National Open College Network; an Award for outstanding contribution to life in London-Londoners for London 2002; Youth Counselor & Mentor for Turnaround Mentoring Program– Brent Council UK; and a lifetime membership of the Millennium Awards Fellowship UK.
Dr. Brenya is a Life Coach, Mentor & Youth Counselor.
