Launch of the John Agyekum Kufuor Endowment Fund

The John Agyekum Kufuor Endowment Fund was launched at the Accra International Conference Centre on May 12. Formally launched by Nana Otuo Serebour II, Paramount Chief of Asante Juaben and chairman of the Council of State, the fund seeks to raise GHC 80 million to support activities of the John A. Kufuor Foundation in the areas of Leadership, Governance and Development. In attendance were Her Ladyship Georgina Wood, former Chief Justice, and Rt. Hon. Doe Adjaho, former Speaker of Parliament. Several officials of both state and public corporate institutions and well-wishers were present to support the launch.
